DDS Client Portal
  1. Copies of input and output files will be retained for a minimum period of 30 days. Files will be deleted after this period to comply with Data Protection Legislation.
  2. All clients must comply with The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA), and any future legislation.
  3. It is the client's responsibility to ensure data is TPS screened where required.
  4. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that user names and passwords are kept secure and are only used by authorised individuals.
  5. Input files will be scanned for viruses and malware. Any files that are found to contain such items will not be processed and the client will be notified.
  6. Reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure that no viruses or other malware are present in the output files. The company accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted via these output files.
  7. Data files will only be processed in acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Agreement

These terms and conditions form your Agreement with us for the provision of Appended or Validated data and confirm that you will pay for the service 30 days after receipt of invoice.
